1.The impeller is designed using three-dimensional flow theory, and flow analysis technology is adopted to predict the performance of the blower, achieving variable efficiency up to 82%.
2. The fan is equipped with axial guide vanes at the inlet and a diffuser adjustment device. The flow adjustment range is from 45% to 110% of the nominal flow, allowing for efficient operation even under conditions deviating from the design specifications.
3. An integrated design is used, with the blower housing mounted on the speed increase box housing. The lubrication system, electric motor, and speed increase box are compactly located on a common base, which also serves as the oil tank.
4. The rotor undergoes strict dynamic balancing, ensuring low vibration, high reliability, and low overall noise levels. Thanks to its low moment of inertia, the unit has short acceleration and shutdown times. Compared to multi-section centrifugal blowers with the same flow and pressure, it consumes less energy, is lighter, and takes up less space.

2. The fan adopts axial inlet guide vane and diffuser adjustment device, and the flow adjustment range is 45%~110% of the rated flow, so that it can operate under non-rated working conditions and has high efficiency.
3. Adopting the assembled overall structure, the blower body is assembled on the shell of the gear booster, and the lubricating oil system, motor and gear booster are compactly arranged on the common base, and the base doubles as the fuel tank.
4. After the rotor is strictly dynamically balanced, the vibration is small, the reliability is high, and the overall noise is low. The moment of inertia is small, the starting and stopping time of the unit is short, and it has low energy consumption, light weight and small footprint compared with multi-stage centrifugal blowers with the same flow rate and pressure.
5. The fan structure is advanced and reasonable, with few wearing parts, and is easy to install, operate and maintain. The bearing vibration, temperature, anti-surge control, starting interlock protection, fault alarm, oil pressure and oil temperature control of the lubrication system are controlled by programmable logic controllers, so that the operation of the whole machine can be monitored in real time.
