Screw Compressor
A screw compressor is a type of positive displacement compressor. Its core components are a pair of parallel meshing male and female rotors (screws) that rotate within a housing. As the rotors turn, the volume between their lobes continuously decreases, compresses, and discharges gas in a continuous flow. It is characterized by a compact design, smooth and reliable operation, low vibration, high efficiency, and the ability to deliver both oil-injected and oil-free compressed air. Due to its excellent performance and adaptability to various operating conditions, it has become one of the most prevalent industrial air power sources, widely used in manufacturing, chemicals, mining, food and pharmaceuticals, and other industries requiring medium to high-pressure air.
